Cancellation & Refund Policy for Services
There are no refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session. Requests to reschedule may be accommodated at the discretion of A Nova Dawn and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please honor this policy as time and space are reserved specifically for each client.
Product Refund & Allergy Disclaimer
All sales of products from A Nova Dawn are final and non-refundable. Ingredients are clearly listed on all product labels and/or descriptions.
