By participating in sessions with A Nova Dawn, clients acknowledge that they are engaging voluntarily and assume full responsibility for their own experiences, choices, and outcomes. A Nova Dawn and its practitioners are not liable for any results or effects that occur during or after sessions.

Sensitive & Somatic Work Acknowledgment

Some sessions may involve body-based practices, emotional exploration, or energetic awareness. Clients are responsible for honoring their own limits and communicating boundaries throughout sessions. Participation is always voluntary, and clients may pause or stop a session at any time.

This work is intended for personal development and embodiment, not as a replacement for professional medical or psychological treatment.

Results Disclaimer

Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling

Full payment is required prior to sessions.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable.

For multi-session packages, no refunds are issued after the first session has taken place.

Rescheduling requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.

Product Use & Allergy Disclaimer

All product sales from A Nova Dawn are final and non-refundable.

Ingredients are clearly listed on product packaging and/or descriptions. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all ingredients prior to use and ensure they are not sensitive or allergic to any component.

A Nova Dawn is not responsible for reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from product use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if needed.
